Baby Update

Anna is really beginning to grasp language. She can say mamma, dadda, Anna, ear, eye, and turtle. Two word phrases are "Let's Go!" and "Come On". Instead of identifying objects by their names she makes sounds for owls, cows, dogs, cats, monkeys, airplanes, etc. She can also point to body parts - hands, feet, tumtum, and head. She loves the playground, so much that I'm worn out chasing her around trying to prevent her from getting hurt. She climbs the ladders, goes down the slide (with Mommy - Weeee!), goes on the bouncy seats and swings, and loves to be chased through tunnels.

Dylan loves making friends at the playground. He jumps in and wants to play with anyone wanting to play with him. I think he is really going to love school!! We just got our acceptance letter for the local public pre-school program. He will go for 2 1/2 hrs. a day, 5 days a week. That starts this September. Can you believe it!
